职位描述：
主要岗位职责：
1.负责DMF的销售和客户开发Responsible for DMF salesand customer development.
2.收集和分析客户信息，行业发展趋势，竞争对手的信息等Collecting and analyzing customer information, industry trends, competitors' information, and so on.
3.按照公司流程准备报价资料并提供报价给客户，并签署了商业合同Prepare the quotation and provide quotation to the customer, and sign the commercial contract according to the company regulations
4.制定长短期的销售计划Develop short and long term sales plan
5.应收款跟踪与处理Tracking and processing account receivable
6.组织合同评审 Organize the contract review
7.协调与内外资源为客户服务并完成销售目标Coordinate with inside and outside resources to serve the customers and achieve the sales targets.
8.及时了解消费者的需求，处理客户抱怨，不断提升公司的品牌形象和客户满意度Timely understand consumers’ needs,deal with customer complaint, and continuously enhance company's brand image and customer satisfaction.

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，汽车或者机械相关专业。
2.至少3年汽车行业相关工作经验。
3.欧美合资或独资背景的汽车零部件一级供应商企业从事至少2年销售工作（二级零件供应商不算）。
4.曾经负责过大众、通用、福特等主流主机客户的销售工作。

乘用车双质量飞轮（DMF）、工程机械液力变矩器（ITC）的研发、生产、销售以及机械式自动变速器（AMT）的标定业务。
