The Administrator is required to take care of various aspects of the office such as administrative, petty cash, and assistant to senior managment.

Requirement:
1, Fluent oral and written English is a MUST;
2, 3~5 years experience in:
- dealing with foreign employee's passport/work permit/visa.
- making travel arrangements (hotel/train/ airline)
- handling office basic expense (petty cash)
- Assist senior management
- basic translation work.
3, Special Requirements / Skills:
Strong multi-task ability to follow-through and attention to details
Professional and proactive service attitude
Proficiency with internet & office software: Word, Excel, Power Point.
