职位描述：
Job Purpose:
The Supply and Demand Planner- is accountable for the supply chain coordination within own Asset. In addition, he/She will be accountable for coordinating and planning the stock transfer to different supplying points. He/She represents all tactical supply chain planning activities at the business line level and oversees the development of replenishments to All supply points to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting. He/She will be accountable for optimizing the inventory levels at all Asia supplying points to meet customer service levels under consideration of the agreed inventory policy and WH capacity. Also, he/She has to create the unconstraint demand plan to review with sales and BU and publish the agreed demand. The scope of the work is all supply & Demand planning activities within own Asset WITH the overall objective to maximize margin within the constraints set by service level requirements, strategic plans, and physical limitations.

Responsibilities:

Translating and interpreting the outcome of the S&OP of the assigned product/assests into a production/replenishment plan
Inventory Management
Optimizing Master Production Schedule for the short term product availability, Detecting bottlenecks and proposing solutions in order to realise and secure the ATP for the order process
Demand Plan Creation & Order Intake Monitoring
Supply China Service Level Performance & Continuous Improvement
