The candidate’s responsibilities include:
Applications and protection
Software and copyright registration
Trademark and clearance searches/monitoring
Assignments and licensing
Renewals and amendments
The successful candidate must have an LL.B or LL.M degree from a PRC or foreign law school. Three years of experience are required. Good oral and written English is a must. The candidate must be able to use English as a working language. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented, stress-tolerant, dedicated and honest individual who is willing to work as part of a team.
