职位描述
MISSIONS:
- Maintain correctness and accuracy of stock and optimize inventory level
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warehouse daily management, check & inspect carefully the goods upon arrival, execute strictly stock in procedure together with the 3rd party. Execute strictly stock-out procedure.
- Update the stock list on daily basis (if necessary) and inventory regularly check together with the accounting department.
- Monthly summary report for the warranty parts & spare parts delivery of customer.
- Statistic and propose the proper stock Qty. based on the actual in/out flow of each single parts.
- Spare Parts & warranty parts delivery, get back the delivery note with signatures from the customer in time.
- Clear filing for all the original stock-in sheets, stock-out sheets, inventory summary, signed delivery note, monthly report for the parts delivery.
- Daily operation with SAP system
PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College Degree or above
Major in: Logistic, storage.
Experience:
3 years of similar position in foreign capitalized company, esp. in the mechanical & equipment area.
Competences / Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge for the procedure of logistic.
- Familiar with trading company business will be highly preferred.
- SAP experience will be preferred.
- Sharp sense for the statistic, data.
- Commitment, cooperativeness.
- Teamwork abilities, adaptability, compliance.
- Communication and coordination skills
- Self-responsibility and dedication.
- Fluently English and Chinese in spoken and written
