职位描述：
销售代表/Sales Representative

主要工作职责
- 在所在区域内推广蓝罐产品，确保实现单点销售额，增长市场占有率，建立品牌定位
- 有效管理销售团队，落实销售执行，完成销售指标
- 总部NKA客户谈判执行及业绩达成，门店订单跟进
- 促销活动的良好跟进，维护及发展门店客情，每日工作微信上传
- 负责经销商的日常管理

职位要求
- 本科学历，熟悉当地语言，有一定的英语表达能力
- 熟悉当地市场，联华，华润及物美系统，三年以上销售经验，快速消费品行业工作经验者佳
- 有新产品运营及品类管理经验，能有效对市场分析并快速反应
- 数据分析能力强和良好的沟通技巧

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Increase SPPD , gain market share
- Get market share #1 position back in East
- Give suggestion from sales execution perspective, when be involved in sales strategy optimization.
2. Effectively manage sales force(both sides) to implement sales fundamental implementation:
- Ensure timely sell-in, sell-out and offtake synchronized, especially in peak season, via OSI system.(Offtake-Sell in-inventory)
- Focus on DMPP execution and availability of point of sale materials (POSM), good utilization and effective use of such support to deliver Kelsen’s information.
- Coach team
3. Manage Distributor
- Regular review distributor business, work out next step to take action.
- Manage distributors behavior in line with sales policy(menu pricing and territory)
- Co-lead and manage distributors sales team

Job Qualifications
- At least Bachelor Degree, local languages + English presentation
- 3Y+ solid sales experience, preferably in a FMCG company
- Solid experiences in new product planning and launches, and category management.
- Solid experiences in marketing fund management and sales forecasting.
- Creative problem solver.
- Data mining with good analytical skills.
