职位描述：

Key Responsibilities：

1.Monitor proper use of company properties

2.Supervise the routine affairs including express, office space allocation and decoration, dressing-code; 3.company car and meeting room arrangement.

4.Develop internal administrative procedures and internal admin memo announcement etc

5.Control administrative cost.

6.Develop and maintain relationship with internal & external supplier sources including but not limited to 7.travel agency, landlord, cleaning company, stationery, furniture ect; to ensure high quality service, 8.deliveries and fast turnaround on issues.

9.Maintain all office equipment and necessary office supplies.

10.Supervise outsourced admin team including cleaner and security guard etc, to provide a professional and 11.harmony working environment for all our employees

12.Provide admin support in important activities and events

13.Ad-hoc assignments from supervisor

Requirement：

1.Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant.

2.At least 5 years working experience in Admin function

3.Previous experience and knowledge in office removal

4.Good skills in MS-Office

5.Ability to organize different tasks at the same time

6.Ability to treat quickly to changing situations

7.Able to communicate with all levels of staff, clearly and concisely

8.Strong leadership skill

9.Self starter, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility

10.Can work under pressure.

上海闵行保时捷售后服务中心位于上海市闵行区中春路7358号。整个中心普遍应用高效节能设备和建筑材料，经设计、施工、运营整体优化和整合，旨在做出环境保护的承诺，努力为客户提供保时捷全球***标准、全方位一体化的售后服务。中心不仅拥有面积约为15000平方米的超大车间、分类齐全的配件仓库以及超过70个客人专用停车位，还配备德国保时捷原厂授权的先进PIWIS检测仪以及全套保时捷专用维修工具，同时提供PDI检测区域和保时捷认可易手车服务。
