职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? To support continuous improvement activities, 5S and other corporate requirements (as required from time to time) at production floor.
支持可持续改进的具体措施，5S以及少量车间其他工作的需求。
? To work as maintenance engineer role in absence of maintenance engineer.
在维修工程师缺席时能担负起该角色的大部分工作。
? Organize machine daily equipment maintenance, and the maintenance plan establishment.
组织设备维护日报表，建立维护计划的实施。
? To support in development of spare parts list for all production machines and equipments and thereafter to ensure availability of these spare parts on site.
支持所有线的备件清单的开发，以及之后确保备件的有效性。
? To meet company’s and related eQOS goals- downtime, MTTR, etc.
解释eQOS相关的停机和MTTR等。
? To continuously perform process improvement study for higher manufacturability of the Assembly process.
对装配工艺/生产过程的持续执行过程的改进
? To train and certify process operators.
培训和认可操作工的过程操作
? Establish the equipment maintenance file, and the equipment acceptance standards.
建立设备维护文件和设备的接受规范
? Co-ordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Basic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
基本的英语读写交流沟通能力，
? Experience in manufacturing process control and set up, and experience in SPC, MSA.
制造过程控制和调试经验，有SPC/MSA经验
? Basic usage computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PLC etc.
