职位描述：
Position is expected to provide validation support to Telematics program. The major expected result is validation, issue reporting, and test support for the successful launch of the next generation Shanghai OnStar telematics system.

Main responsibilities
? Execute Over the air related validation procedures and documenting defects for telematics software. Provide test logs to support analysis.
? Perform other OTA related system level validation activities.
? Reproducing issues and working with suppliers and joint venture partners on root cause analysis and other vehicle related activities.
? Update and maintain assigned validation procedures for telematics.
? Provide updates to the telematics Program Team on status of validation and defects.
? Participate in the resolution of engineering related telematics issues.

Knowledge:
? OTA related testing experience or familiar with the relevant protocols will be preferred
? Automotive telematics or infotainment industry experience preferred.
? 2-3 years of telematics or automotive electronics parts validation experience required
? Knowledge in one or more of the following areas preferred: wireless communications, GPS, navigation, software development, vehicle communication protocols.

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

 Skills:
? Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills (including English).
? High level of analytical problem solving skills.
? Cross functional working
? Strong motivational skills.
? Willing to conduct and participate in conference calls outside normal work hours.
