职位描述：
1.负责设计项目的整体协调工作，负责与业主和施工单位的对接与协调；
2.指导施工图承包单位的施工图设计，审核施工图；
3.熟悉工程项目前期工作，熟悉项目招标和施工监理工作，能够进行图纸审查和协调工作；
4.与设计部配合，为客户定制并配合客户调整设计方案。
  
岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，7年以上工作经验，室内设计、项目管理相关专业；
2. 丰富的星级酒店、别墅、样板房、豪宅、售楼处等工程设计经验及管理经验；
3. 丰富的项目管理经验，熟悉工程类装饰施工图，熟悉国家建筑工程设计规范；
4. 具有丰富的现场施工经验，可同时管理多个项目。
4. 熟悉室内项目的设计、深化、现场服务全过程，有着良好的掌控能力和沟通能力；
5. 有责任心及团队合作精神；
6. 熟练使用Auto CAD及OFFICE等办公软件；

Montaigne Design is a research-based design practice, which collaborates closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver a project that meets time frames, budgets and brand requirements.
Under the auspices of Principal Cathy Wang, MD operates within an open studio concept. By utilizing the artistic strengths and experience of the design team, we create interiors as unique as each of our clients. MD creates styles which capture the “spirit of the East” while incorporating the “best of the West”.

MD is based in Shanghai, Xiamen, Toronto and Paris where we are in close proximity to our clients. We are easily accessible and clients have the convenience of paying for services locally thereby saving on ever-fluctuating currencies.

Our experienced design teams provide a full range of interior design services. Our portfolio includes hotels, resorts, private residences, show flats, retail outlets, restaurants, nightclubs and office lobbies.
