Job Purpose:
Qualify local OEM vender to accelerate product supply and quality assurance. Develop and qualify local raw material supplier for company.
Responsibilities:
1. Local OEM and raw material vender qualification.
2. On site auditor for local venders.
3. Local vender capability development and quality assurance.
4. Connect with US quality team to ensure following global quality standards.
5. Product quality defect analysis and improvement.
Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
1. At least 5-8 years working experience in OEM& raw material vender qualification in food industry.
2. 8 years+ working experience in QA management position.
3. Production background is preferred.
Key Competencies include:
1. Self-motivate, integrity and trust
2. Communication and collaboration
3. Good English both in written and speaking.
4. Data analysis and reporting.
