Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the preparation of construction drawings and presentations both for internal and external meetings with stakeholders. You will assist in design development for undergoing projects as well as coordination with consultants as part of your job responsibilities.



Requirements
The successful applicant should possess a degree or diploma in the field of Architecture or Building Engineering with a minimum 5 years interior design experience for 5-star luxury hospitality projects. Licensed architects will be given an advantage in their applications. He/she should have previous supervisory experience in a technical team.



Other professional pre-requisites include:

· Ability to do furniture and construction details

· Ability to do door & window schedules

· Ability to organize drawing packages

· Ability to coordinate with external project consultants(MEP/Lighting etc)
