职位描述：
岗位职责 Position Statement：
1、负责起草公司各种企划活动提案。
Establishing all kinds of proposals for activitiesof the company.
2、负责新闻稿件及各种软文稿件的撰写与组织。
Managing news planning and writingarticles which are published in main social network sites.
3、负责撰写电视广告、报纸广告、网络广告及其它广告形式文案内容，并协助和指导设计人员进行设计。
Managing advertisement copywritingincluding ads on TV, newspaper, internet etc., and corporate with designers.
4、策划微信、微博上及线下活动，编辑撰写、更新公众号文章，提升关注度。
Planning online activities in WeChat andWeibo plus offline activities with the aim of increasing the attention rate ofthe general public.
5、负责制定和完善公司整体营销策划和具体实施方案，并协助企划部经理完成各种营销策划中相关组织和机构的开拓、联络、协调等。
Responsible for plan making of companypromoting activities and execute according to the plan which has been made.Assist planning manager to accomplish all kinds of work related with promotingactivities.
6、加强与医院的沟通和联系，一方面作好宣传保障工作，另一方面不断挖掘新闻素材和宣传新亮点。
Keep up great relationship withhospitals, play the role of promoter at the same time constantly seeking newsmaterial and highlights our achievement.

岗位要求：
1、新闻类、中文类、公共卫生、人力资源管理、编辑采编、医学等相关专业大专或以上学历；
College or University graduatesmajored in Journalism, Journalism and Communication, Literature, Chinese Literature,Public Health, Human Resource, Editing and Publishing, Medical etc,
2、优秀的文笔和清晰的逻辑思维，熟悉报纸新闻、电视等媒体的写作技巧，能够独立完成软文及原创撰写，有医疗网站编辑经验优先；
Great feel for the job,familiar with different writing styles and good at writing with logic. Could independentlyand innovatively create articles in a relatively short period of time.Individual with experience in medical website writing is preferred.
3、善于撰写医院所需的各类广告宣传软文，具有撰写项目合作、营销传播、市场调研等各类方案的能力，熟练掌握不同风格的文案写作要领；
Specialized in writing promotingarticles for hospitals, has the ability to write official document, marketsurvey etc,.
4、市场触角灵敏，具备市场分析与判断能力，根据市场方案的目标进行核心广告语的创意及广告文案的提练、有较强的独立操作能力、逻辑思维能力；
Sensitive to changes of themarket and could change the content of articles accordingly.
5、有过报社记者、编辑或是医院文案策划工作经验者优先考虑（应届毕业生需提供报社实习作品，且具备优秀的学习能力）；
Individual who has worked asjournalist, editor or hospital copywriter is preferred. (The year’s graduatesare required to provide articles written during their internship and they needoutstanding learning desire to apply the job.)
6、有想法、踏实细心，打算在医疗行业长期工作，并渴望在医疗行业有所发展。
Self-motivated person with long-termgoal in medical industry.
