岗位职责：
1. 根据业务发展需求，制定招聘计划并完成计划；
2. 完善招聘流程和人才选拔体系；
3. 完善招聘渠道，积极开拓新渠道满足人才需求；
4. 熟悉国家的各项劳动和保险法律法规及各种保险/工资绩效的计算和缴纳手续；
5. 完善内部培训体系，制定相关培训计划并跟踪培训效果；
6. 负责公司其他与人力资源及行政相关的事情；
7. 负责组织公司的各项的活动；
8. 负责员工的绩效管理工作；
9.负责建立公司内部畅通的沟通渠道，及时了解员工意见和想法；
10.负责公司固定资产的管理等。
任职要求：
1、性格开朗，责任心强，自律性强，有上进心，能承担一定的工作压力；
2、形象良好,优秀的语言表达能力，沟通协调能力，亲和力强，有团队合作精神。
3、有游戏经验者优先；
