SOP 前 Before SOP:
- 作为项目小组质量成员参与APDS过程; Be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member representing the Quality function;
- 验证相关的APQP活动被文件化,并符合公司和顾客的要求;Verify that results from all relevant APQP activities are documented and meet Autoliv and customer requirements;
- (从SQ得到)传达SAPQP的进程给APDS项目组;Communicate results (from SQ) regarding the Supplier APQP processes to the APDS project team;
- 确定产品样件、试生产、生产各阶段的控制计划并负责编制和监督实施,确保过程受控;Responsible to work out Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan and supervise to implement, ensure process with control;
- 积极参与PFMEA(增强防错手段); Be actively involved in PFMEA (enhance error proofing);
- 负责编制产品/零件的检验规范和产品审核指导书;Responsible to define products/components inspection work instruction & product audit work instruction;
- 参与过程验收和过程验证;在R@R时,从质量方面验证结果是否符合ALV和顾客的要求,检查问题在SOP前的关闭状态;Participate process release and process validation;Verify that the results from quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open issues prior to SOP.
- 负责制定产品/零件测量系统研究计划和实施、判定;Responsible to establish products/components MSA study plan and implement & judgement;
- 负责准备和提交符合顾客要求的PPAP文件;Support timely & accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off, submit to customer on time;
- 识别风险并分析,提出正确的重要等级,建议正确的行动计划,验证问题的关闭状态。Identify risks, analyze them, elevate to the correct level of magnitude, suggest corrective actions, and verify the closure of open issues.
    SOP 后 after SOP:
- 参与AMG小组,负责质量方面的工作,听从AMG组长的工作安排,共同实现AMG的目标;Participate in AMG as quality function, follow arrangement from AMG leader, together achieve the target;
- 用8D的方法去组织跨功能小组,主导问题的解决:Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
为了解决问题需分析所有的不合格品和检查顾客和ALV相关的信息;To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern.
如需要,和CQS沟通并跟踪8D;To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need.
分析DPMU,产生持续改进计划(如PDCA,标准,poka-yoke, 产品更改,RPN减少);To analyze DPMU, and generate continuous improvement actions(e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction).
- 协调可疑品的处理和控制(包括GP12);Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products (GP12);
- 检查是否其它ALV工厂有影响,运用AS53(Q Alert);Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS 53 (Q Alert) ;
- 控制计划的更新,确保质量计划文件总是更新(如PFMEA…);Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA…);
- 确认OPI 4的行动计划正确有效;Verify OPI 4 actions is correct and effective;
- 参与产品/过程/物流审核(包括AS67)Participate in product/process/dock audits (inc AS 67);
- 通过积极的参与,支持LESSON LEARNED的实施和维护;Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement;
- 负责供应商质量管理。Supplier quality control。
- 负责完成上级交办的其他事务。Fulfill other business required by Superior.

Autoliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd (abbr. ACX) is a joint venture company which is established by the Sweden Autoliv Group(Fortune 500 company)and Shanghai Shenda Group in September of 2006, it was SOP in August of 2007.The plant is specialty in auto-safety belt. The management system is based on Autoliv global management standard.
World advanced textile product facilities and test facilities are available in the plant with the capacity of 135 million meters per year, to attain the status of one of the biggest webbing plant in the world. Our Customer includes all major vehicle brands.
