职位描述：
1.Responsible for all AVL equipment in terms of stock, condition,maintenance and repair.This includes an active weekly inventory of all expendable test instrumentation as well as their proper calibration, operatating condition and ample supply to support the timely and efficient completion of test.
2.Resposible for facalities trouble-shooting and technical issue during the preventative maintenance. Analysis the reason of the failure and identify improvement opportunities.
3.Support and facilitate new facility project of technical center in Jiading, involved in the activities related to the facility issues for the construction of the technical building.
4.Be responsible for assisting suppliers to perform installation, commissioning and acceptance, training of new equipment.
5.Be responsible for making and executing maintenance plan for AVL equipment, building and updating maintenance or calibration records on time ,track the preventative maintenance schedule.
6.Monitor and help to execute the maintenance contracts with suppliers and be sure the maintaince quality.
7.Be responsible for management of tools and spare parts in maintence areas.
8.Equipment and sensors calibration , plan and status tracking
9.Be responsible for the purchasing and managment of the consumable matarials ,ex. fuel,oil,coolant,etc. according to the stock and purpose.
10.Take the laboratory general safety responsiblity.
11.Accomplish any other tasks assingned by the supervisor. 举报 分享
