职位描述：

Responsible:

-Handle the cash and employee expenses reimbursement.

-Deal with VAT invoice and Payment/Collection issues by working with internal and external Suppliers/Customers.

-Keep full set of accounting book including cash and bank, A/R, A/P, inventory, fixed assets and General Ledger.

-Ensure timely submission of monthly Financial Reports and Tax filing based on both local GAAP, and management requirements.

-Be responsible for communication with bank, Tax Bureau and other government department if required

-Implement local personal employment/quit procedure, include contract, social benefit, etc.

-Keep contact with FESCO on Payroll issues, include personal salary payment, keep high confidential of relating information acc. to agreement

-Annual audit coordination.

-Additional tasks assigned by GM and FC.

-The company will be moved from Shanghai to Changshu after next Chinese New Year. So before moving, the working place is in Shanghai office (Lai Yang Road, Pudong)
