职位描述：
岗位职责：
◇参与非标化设备的前期跟踪，方案及工艺探讨，最终方案的确立，制作电气部分的最终方案及报价；
◇根据设备工艺及气动原理图，独立查阅相关电气资料，独立完成电气原理图的设计；
◇电气元件的选型，编制采购单及归档，独立采购询价；
◇指导电工安装配线，现场接线及调试并培训乙方员工；
◇独立完成PLC及触摸屏的编写及写入程序前的硬件调试；
◇参与现有设备的改造及维护并配合新设备的研发；
◇负责现场自动化设备的程序调试，根据技术协议及客户意见，完美的完成程序的最终调试及设备的验收；
◇及时配合机械工艺完成验收设备的电气说明书的编制并整理归档;
◇完成上级交办的其它工作事项；
任职资格：
◇专科以上电子、电气、自动化等相关专业，3年以上非标设备研发工作经验，有独立完成多个项目案例经验。
◇熟练使用SolidWorks、AUTOCAD设计软件，掌握 Office 等办公软件使用方法，具备基本的网络知识，熟练运用英语，具有较强的判断能力、人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力。
◇精通各种传感器，变送器，继电控制电路，电气绘图，步进饲服运动控制，交直流调速，过程控制，张力纠偏，液压气动，多种可编程控制器，（如三菱，OMRON，西门子，松下，台达）人机触摸屏，工控通讯，自动化机构，办公自动化，计算机运用等。
