Office Assistant
Reports to: Managing Director / General Manager
Deputy Managing Director / Deputy General Manager
Administration & Accounting Supervisor
Group of: Administration
Responsibilities:Administration: Arranging maintenance of office
Buying of stationary and handling of office inventory
Taking phone calls
Organizing business trips and travelling
Keep record of cash flow sheet when handling daily administration
work
General administration tasks assigned by superior upon approval
by Managing Director/General Manager
Other: Cooperation with other departments and other companies within
adpl-solutions
Maintain strong network and good relationship with other team
members, company staff worldwide, customers, suppliers and
partners
Maintaining company's files and data, local laws and regulations
Act as responsible person externally and internally
Interim-duties of other departments
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with 2-3 years working experience,some financial
knowledge,in trading company working background preferred
English should be at least conversational level
Female candidate
High level of patient, details focused
With multiple projects management & time management skills to
meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills, Self-starter
