职位描述：
工作要求Job Requirements：

1、具有机械电子，气动和液压知识, 能独立编程(西门子和贝加莱PLC)与工装设计。熟悉应用电子元气件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达等。
Know mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge .Have ability of progrma(Siemens
and B&R PLC) and fixture disign. Familiar with, familiar with electrical components application such as
Sensor, cylinder, solenoid valve, motor etc.
2、熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD ,UG, Pro-E待绘图软件
Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD, UG, Pro-E software.

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for equipment debug and trouble shooting,Including mechanism and program, ensure all the
equipment operation smoothly.
   负责设备调机和故障解决,包括机械和程序,确保生产设备的正常运行

2. Responsible for implement equipment maintenance plan and implement.
   负责设备的保养维护，确保生产设备的正常运行.

 3. Establish and maintain TPM system to ensure effective implementation, improve
  equipment uptime and capability(OEE, MTTR&MTBF).
   建立TPM系统，提高生产设备的运行时间和能力（(OEE, MTTR&MTBF)

4. Prepare instructions, guide lines and training to the operators
   related to how to make daily checking and keep the equipments in a proper way
   准备指导文件,培训生产线员工进行日常检查和保证设备在一定状态

  5. Develops long-term strategies for continued improvement on maintenance
  service systems.
   建立长期持续改进的保养系统

6.Develop out safety stock, supervise the stock management, ensure maintenance go on well.
   建立备品，备件仓库管理，确保保养工作顺利进行

7.部门的预算和费用控制，达到费用节省的目标
Management department budgeting and expense , achieve the cost saving target .

8. 新项目设备方案审核。
New project machine design review.

9.服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；
