RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责：

1. Source for new and qualified vendors/factories for projects of difference products

负责供应商/工厂开发，为不同产品寻找合资格的供应商

2. Discuss with vendors in details, requesting accurate quotation for difference products

与供应商进行报价议价、谈判以及产品细节讨论与落实

3. Price negotiation 议价谈判

4. Visit vendors in difference production areas 拜访、评估各地供应商

REQUIREMENT 岗位要求:

1. Degree holder. International trade or related major would be preferred

2. Above 3-5 years sourcing experience

3. Professional in international trading

4. Good communication and inter-personal skill

5. Responsible and open minded

6. Hard working and willing to work under pressure

7. Good command of Mandarin and English, both in written and oral

8. Good computer skill, especially in EXCEL

9. Frequent business trips needed

Basic Function of the Position

- Execute and support team leader tactical plans for areas of product responsibility, coordinate vendor sourcing / evaluation, vendor / product development activities and provide support to leader to ensure on time execution.

- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and raising awareness as to the progress of programs and other initiatives set forth by team leader.

- Organize and maintain all project related data resource needs.

- Job function includes occasional travel to vendors related to factory audit, troubleshooting initiatives and some project assignments to further career development.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in International Business, Sourcing

- Knowledge of manufacturing process and import sourcing practices / procedures

- Knowledge of Chinese supplier base and supplier development experience

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and predominate local language(s)

- Relevant product experience related to Swimming goggles, PVC inflatable Toys, Water Games .

- Hands on product knowledge
