What you'll do
- Report to the HR & Administration Specialist for day to day administration activities
- Support senior managers in the co-ordination of meetings with distinguished visitors
- Prepare presentations and set up for meetings
- Diary Management
- Support in organising domestic and international travel
- Greet visitors
- Implement systems and procedures
- Maintain office supplies
- Organise maintenance and repairs of office equipment
