Business contacts outside the company are included,but are not limited to suppliers,auditors and consulting firms.
Inside contacts may include personnel from any department at any operating level.SR Supply Chain Councils,Corporate Compliance & Ethics Function and Legal are common.These contacts may be personal, by telephone ,by correspondence or via meetings.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:Responsible to execute strategies that drive Supplier Social Responsibility (SR) compliance and continuous improvement whitin supply chain.
Promote,encourage,and assist in the implementation of Supplier SR programs and initiatives to ensure consistence with compliance vision & strategy.

Assist in the recognition and mitigation of SR risks within the supply chain.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible to execute an overall supplier SR strategy. Help drive continuous improvement,close the gap between current status and requirements/EICC standards.Support in further developing's compliance program.Maintain and Develop policies and Procedures of Supplier SR.
2.Suppliers,set priorities based on risk management methodologies,mitigate,shift and eliminate risk.
- Make recommendations to the appropriate SR Supply Chain Council based on supplier SR performance.
- Escalae non-conforming and/or non- improved supplier to SR supply Chain Council.
- Support divisions to develop the high risk supplier to meet divisional business need.
- Ensure not to add problem suppliers according to SR expectations during new supplier qualification.

A professional and motivated person to lead labor compliance assessments in China. The primary responsibilities would include the following:
1. Undertake a leadership role to undertake labor compliance assessments in a factory setting to determine compliance with local laws and specific client expectations;
2. Oversee the report writing process to ensure comprehensive reports are provided according to Level Works and client protocols and timelines;
3. Maintain knowledge of Level Works labor compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
4. Other assignements as needed

Qualifications:
1. High level of integrity and honesty, demonstrated ability to understand the issue of integrity;
2. Direct social compliance and/or factory experience and background (including references);
3. Relevant educational background or 2+ years of relevant industry experience;
4. Fluent in local language(s) (written and spoken);
5. Proficiency in written English;
6. Good attitude, strong presentation skills, and high degree of maturity;
7. Ability to work independently;
8. Ability to undertake extensive local travel.
9. Can Pass CSR auditor qualifcation assessement within time frame

Location:
Base in DongGuang&ShenZhen and short travels around China frequently

Compensation:
