每天运行的配置管理，变更管理，以及软件产品的管理；
执行配置管理、缺陷跟踪和变更控制的工具；
提高建立、测试和部署过程的自动化；
提高CM常规作业的自动化率；
能够不断地参加和研究新的CM技术，并研究实施的可行性；
定义配置管理过程来管理所有的配置项目和活动；
管理源码控制工具以支持产品开发；
负责内部供应链管理培训。
 
任职资格和技能
大学本科或硕士以上学历，主修计算机科学、电信、电气工程，至少1年以上相关领域的工作经验
熟悉Unix操作系统（Linux或Solaris）
擅长编程Perl或至少一种脚本语言。
了解系统配置管理标准，熟悉供应链管理技术和工具
熟悉持续集成方法和工具
优先资格和技能
?熟悉Git，詹金斯，Sonar

软性技能
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。（必须能够在一个全球性的团队中有效地进行书面和口头的沟通。）。
能独立工作，有较强的团队合作精神和较强的团队合作精神
快速学习新技术并适用于工作任务

Position Description
· Run daily Configuration management, Change management, and Build management for software product;
· Implement tools for configuration management, defect tracking and change control;
· Improve the automation of the build，test and deployment processes;
· Improve the automation rate of CM routine job;
· Be able to constantly attend and research new CM technique and study the feasibility to implement；
· Define configuration management process to manage all configuration items and activities;
· Administrate source control tools to support product development;
· Responsible for internal SCM training. Qualifications
Qualifications
Ø Required Qualifications and Skills
· University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering with at least 1~2 years working experience in related fields
· Familiar with Unix OS (Linux or Solaris)
· Good at programming with Perl or at least one script language.
· Understanding of system configuration management standards, sound knowledge of SCM technology and tools
· Familiar with Continuous integration methodology and tools
 
Ø Preferred Qualifications and Skills
· Familiar in GIT, Jenkins, Sonar

· Good interpersonal and communication skills. (Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English in a global team.).
· Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit
· Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks
