职位描述
1. Lead a team to deliver our high performance and low power SoC from planning to silicon production.
2. Micro-architecture definition, IP study and integration, module-level verification, Timing Closure, silicon bring-up, etc.
3. Recruit and manage engineers of SOC hardware team.

职位要求
1. 8+ years of experience in SoC design from planning to tape out and production, worked on and taped out(as a lead engineer) at least 3-4 SoCs.
2. A solid track record of successful tape out experience and has seen product ramp up in production and sold in good volume in the market place.
3. 3+ years of Hands-on management experience, leading a complete team for the whole chip development cycle from spec to tapeout.
4. Heavy experience with Low power design methodology, such as UPF flow.
5. Extensive hands-on experience with SoC architecture and Low Power design and verification.
6. SoC Integration, such as USB, DDR, ISP, HDMI, Video codec integration experience preferred.
7. Familiarity with synthesis, full chip timing closure. Working closely with backend for physical implementation.
