? Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

? Tie workflow to schedule

? Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

? Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

? Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes

? Build positive relationships with customers and promote FIBRO standard parts and services

资质：
? Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
具备故障排除，测试，维修和技术设备服务的能力
? Mandarin and English literacy
普通话和英文阅读能力
? Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

? Familiarity with standard parts and tooling applications

? Technical degree or certification(priority)
