职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Monitor and check client/vendor payment, distributor rebate status and process (including alignment & communication with the third parties). Ensure payable process is in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
2. Responsible for daily voucher filing attach all necessary supporting documents, and bind them into paper file.
3. Responsible to verify, analyze, investigate and resolve payable discrepancies and deficiencies.
4. Handle external and internal inquires, proactively resolve issues.
5. Review and analyze all related AP reports, such as aging report, open PO report, down payment report, A&P accruals, etc.
6. Be responsible for monthly closing process including accrual-basis accounting activities, balance sheet review.
7. Perform monthly result analysis, KPI review, variance analysis and provide pertinent comments and suggestions to drive business decisions.
8. Support the implementation of internal audit remediation and monitor the compliance with China SOP
9. Support global projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
1. SAP or ERP hands-on experiences will be a plus
2. Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
3. Experiences in Healthcare industry will be a plus
4. Good communication skills in English and business acumen
5. Commitment
6. Quick learner, able to work independently and under pressure; process oriented with strong controllership and compliance mindset
7. Bachelor degree of Accounting or Financial Management or Business Administration
8. Over 5 years experiences in multi-national company 举报 分享
