职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、依据国家相关法规、财务制度及公司制度进行财务核算报告，反映公司经营的真实情况；
2、建立健全有效的会计内部控制制度，组织资产及各项债权债务的清查，确保公司利益不受任何损害；
3、对公司会计工作和会计资料的合法性、真实性、完整性负责；
4、负责及时编制会计报表、申报税务报表；
5、负责指导、监督、检查下属的工作，确保财务部工作的高效、有序的进行；
6、监督、检查资金使用及费用开支，严格审核原始凭证及账表、单证，杜绝不符合公司规定的开支；
7、确保公司正常运营所需资金。如遇公司运营资金紧张，需及时报告总经理筹措资金；
8、保持与工商、税务、银行等相关机构的良好关系，为公司发展创造良好的外部环境；
9、完成公司年度、季度与月度盈亏平衡分析，从财务角度提出妨碍公司盈利能力和现金流充裕水平的核心问题
10、完成公司和上级管理人员安排的其他工作事项；

任职资格：
1、 财务相关专业本科以上学历,需持有中级会计师证书；
2、 熟练使用各类主流财务软件
3、 五年以上财务管理或三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验，有物流经验者优先考虑；
4、 有相当的现代物流财务管理知识和实际操作经验，具有全面的财务专业知识、财务处理及财务管理经验；
5、 熟悉国家会计准则及各项财务、税收的法规、政策；
6、 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
7、 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，有良好的职业道德，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力； 举报 分享
