职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to coordinate the implementation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards ISO9001 & TS16949 requirements.
2. Responsible for the reception and coordination for third-party certification audit, follow up actions.
3. Prepare and implement the plan of internal audit and management review for quality system, review the result of audit and follow up actions.
4. Promote the improvement of internal management procedure based on ISO9001 & TS16949.
5. Develop quality management for internal online production and incoming material, such as quality judgment/arbitration of process inspection and incoming material inspection, handling the rejected material with SQEs and other departments together.
6. Develop the internal process audit and product audit.
7. Create the work instruction of incoming material inspection and process inspection.
8. Be responsible for the quality system documents control and archives/records management.
9. Develop the quality statistics and regular report.
10. Responsible for the Lab management and metrology instruments management.
11. Deal with customer quality complaints involved our finished products.
12. Provide the support in New Product Creation Procedure, such as online function test, packaging safety evaluation.
13. Other task that assigned by quality manager.
14. Work together within the team to gain the best results for the Quality Department.
Requirements:
1. Junior college or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 5 years more working experience, above 3 years quality system audit/certification experience.
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 & TS16949 quality management system and its auditing criteria.
4. Familiar with quality tools and statistics, such as APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, QC 7 tools, 5Why, 8D etc.
5. Skillful use of MS Office, especially Excel and PPT.
6. Familiar with measurement and GD&T, skillful of common gauge, can read the product drawings.
7. Good in written of English, intermediate level of oral English.
8. Industry background of boiler and appliances is preferred.
9. With good learning ability and problem solving ability, and with good team working spirits, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 举报 分享
