法律助理/律师助理主要负责协助和支持香港办事处的各种法律事宜，包括进行研究和编写企业，商业，企业重组，资本市场，证券，基金，兼并和收购有关的法律文件。
候选人须于境内或境外法学院毕业，法学本科或以上学历，拥有两年以上在律师事务所的工作经验，思维敏捷，表达清晰，有较强的理解力。可以使用英语进行工作。

The legal assistant / paralegal will mainly be responsible for assisting and supporting the Hong Kong office in various legal matters, including conducting research and preparing relevant legal documents in relation to corporate and commercial, corporate restructuring, capital markets, securities, funds, merger and acquisitions.
The candidate should graduates from law schools, local or abroad, holding bachelor degrees or above. Having more than 2 years of full-time experience in a law firm. Being quick in thinking and articulate, having strong understanding. Being able to work in an English environment.
