Role
Assist Group Key Account Manager to deliver JBP targets for WM group (5 formats) through a standard key account management, and independently handle 2 store formats (compact hyper and e-commerce)

Accountabilities
1. Implement Annual Account Plan to drive volume, revenue & share in Walmart Group aligned with channel strategy

• Effectively make professional sales calls to deliver the action plan for customer support, re-design and re-negotiation of the action plan may be included
  -Use basic negotiation technologies to forge agreements in relatively uncomplicated negotiations
  -Work with Group Key Account Manager to follow sales KPI closely and make sure the achievement. Adjust the DD index in peak season together with WM SC team
  2.Provide better service to Walmart Group to ensure excellent service level through good cross function communication
• Coordinate with other functions such as Logistic, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing to provide good quality service and achieve the KPI of service level
• Own Supply Chain Efficiency Project, push and work closely with cross functional teams to archive the KPI of service level
  3.Support Group Key Account Manager to cascade down National Promotion to MU and ensure correct D&A accrued at MU level
• Make sure MU KA understand National Promotion Plan
• Follow up execution and perform the promotion evaluation
  -Responsible to CAP update
• Provide monthly D&A tracking and analysis
• Run weekly BU/MU communication meeting
  4.Maintain good data system to support the analysis for business review
• Download data from Wal-Mart group Retail-link and convert to the standard format
• Maintain MOR report to deliver on time and make sure the accuracy
  5.Independently handle Compact Hyper and E-commerce formats
• Complete joint business plans for 2 formats with customers
• Conduct cycle meetings with buyers for scorecard reviews etc
  6.Order recommendation to WM HQ for almost all promotions
• Develop and maintain order recommendation template
• Perform detailed order recommendation calculation by store by product based on historical off-take, inventory on hand and in transit, and activity plan
• Get aligned with MU KA's
• Sell in to WM HQ merchandiser and Order Control Group Qualifications, Skills & Critical experience
• College degree or above
  -At least 2-year Key Account management experience in major FMCG company or relevant role in retailer
  -Master of Word, Excel, Power Point
  -Good English
  -Good sense of data analysis
  -Great communication skills
  -Result oriented
