职位描述：
The Product and Marketing manager will work directly with the company founders and experts from the corporate office to oversee our digital products (web, Wechat, retail) as well as our marketing effort. The responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
? Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
? Work directly with our internal and external parties to create world class digital experiences.
? Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
? Conceptualize marketing campaigns and seeing it to fruition.
? Own the marketing budget and ensuring positive ROI at all times.
