职位描述：

1.具备从业至少8年以上的相关工作经验，对于现代西餐烹饪有着独到的见解。
2.管理和指导厨房员工按照行政主厨需要的标准达到足量食物的准备和食物的质量进步。
3.高效地执行力，以协助行政总厨管理整个厨房的运作，包括库存管理、部门预算、食谱创新、成本控制等。

任职要求：

1.有一定的厨房管理工作经验,英语或法语日常交流，

2.热爱餐饮行业，

3.有较强的管理能力，和沟通能力，
4.工作积极性强，具备良好的协调能力及服务意识，

5.对法国菜、日本菜精通，
6.有饼房有管理工作经验者优先。
