Responsibilities:
- Research and develop advanced algorithm, to create innovative solutions for various market requirements.
- Architect System Level Solution based on Lattice product, to support marketing and customer requirements of different industries through close partnership with Sales and Marketing team.
- Develop the collateral to promote the solution to customer and develop the related document to guide the solution implementation.
- Work with the cross functional teams to develop System Solution Platform for system level performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, Communication System, or relevant subject.
- BS 7+ or MS 5+ year’s algorithm research, or FPGA/ASIC development and debugging experience.
- Experience in one of the industries at least: telecom, display and video, or consumer system.
- System definition experience and corresponding algorithm knowledge is preferred.
- Good experience in algorithm research, especially for digital signal processing.
- Be good at Matlab or C language for algorithm implementation and simulation.
- Strong knowledge on Audio Processing or Machine Learning is preferred: noise cancellation, echo reduction, audio-beaming… etc.
- Experience in RTL design and debug, and familiar with simulation tools Modelsim or NC-Verilog.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Willingness to work with teams in US, Philippines and India.
- Highly organized, with attention to details, time management, and deadlines.
- Good team player is expected.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
