Customer service manager 客服经理

Duties and Responsibilities职责和责任

1. Develop optimal customer service practices, ensuring customer and sales satisfaction, raise working efficiency and accuracy through team leadership.
通过较强的团队领导力，改进工作效率，提高工作准确率，实现最优化的客户服务日常管理，以确保客户及销售团队的满意度；
2. Ensure the normal operation of the ERP system sales order module. Handle sales orders according to working procedures.
确保ERP 系统里销售订单模块的正常运行.按照工作流程处理销售订单；
3. Be responsible for handling complaints from customers and sales.
负责处理来自客户、销售的投诉；
4. Be responsible for reply the enquiry of stock, delivery and billing from customers and sales.
负责回答来自客户和销售的有关库存,发货和发票的咨询；
5. Be responsible for collecting and filing customer documents.
负责收集、处理客户资料；
6. Lead and mentor personnel in functional areas;
在职权范围内做好本部门的员工管理和指导工作。
7. Establish and continually optimize processes in your jurisdiction to meet and exceed requirements from clients, finance, sales and ensure compliance from all related parties.
创建并不断优化客户服务相关工作流程，以满足并超越来自客户、财务、项目部的需求。并确保各相关团组服从并执行到位。
8. Share knowledge and continually reinforce positive internal communication with colleagues throughout the Hettich China team including Sales, Logistics, Finance and Management.　
不断加强与海蒂诗中国其他相关部门如销售部、物流部、财务部以及管理部门的信息共享和内部沟通。
9.Professionally and dynamically represent Modern Space in all your business dealings with clients (internal and external).
在各种相关商务场合能体现寰尚的专业化形象和活力。
10. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
上司交办的其它工作。

Knowledge and Skills 知识和技能

It will require:
须具备以下知识与技能：
1. ERP System operational Knowledge & Experience.
ERP系统销售订单模块相关知识与经验；
2. Presentation Skills.
出色的表达能力；
3. Leadership Skills and Coaching skills.
出色的领导能力，培训能力。
4. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
出色的人际交往能力；
5. Solution Solving and Analytical Skills.
解决问题和分析问题的能力；
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Strong computer skills .
英语与普通话听说读写熟练；能熟练运用各类office 软件。
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 5 years of related experience.
