Job Content & Scope:
? Beabloo is seeking a business analyst who has intuition, is business-oriented and has proven experience working with statistical software programs (R), contributing with his or her experience in defining indicators, exploiting information and drawing conclusions.
? The ideal candidate will work diligently and efficiently, be responsible and independent, be able to work calmly in high-stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
? Support Sales department for client requirements and helping in the definition of indicators, producing results and drawing conclusions.
? Lead report development, presentation and customer engagement in reporting stage. Own customer satisfaction KPI in reporting stage.
? Ad hoc Analysis reporting based on different client needs, exploring and giving business insights based in proactive analysis.
? Ensure the rigor and correct interpretation of the results obtained
? Help to improve the quality of the primary information sources and identify the secondary information sources that may be of interest for a client or sector.
? To collaborate with the technical departments in the definition & improvement of the data attributes & models.

Minimum requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or in the last year of Maths, Physics, Statistics, Engineering.
? Proven experience on Data Analysis with large volume of data.
? Advanced knowledge and proven experience with R as statistical analysis tool.
? Advanced Knowledge of SQL queries
? Advanced knowledge of Excel
? Training/Presentation Skills
? Proficiency in Chinese & English

Desired requirements:

? Experience with Big Data environment and analysis (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python…)
? Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
? Experience as a Functional Analyst (BI)
