Job Description
Completing repairs, inspections, maintenance and optimization of tools as well as machines and equipments
Setting up production machines according to the production guidelines (manufacturing instructions, working instructions, etc.) and monitoring the effectiveness
Starting up tools, machines and equipments
Planning and Implementing test runs to improve the quality of the product.
Optimizing processes, tools and machines to improve effectiveness
Authoring and updating the documentation of existing equipment
Constructing and adjusting spare parts and new parts, keeping the spare part inventory and technical information updated in the area of responsibility.
Working in compliance with GMP-regulations, legal and internal regulations of safety, health and environment
Requirements
Skilled toolmaker
Over 10 years of job experience
Familiar with tooling machines, milling, grinding, turning, Familiar with polishing
Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
Integrity, self-motivated, teamwork spirit
Bachelor's degree
Trained toolmaker (professional training completed)
Ten years related working experience
GMP knowledge and experience
