职位描述
Responsible for IT infrastructure establishment, IT project implementation and maintenance for daily plant operation.
To manage the IT Infrastructure in the plant and sales office
Co-ordinate and control the purchase and management of hardware and software
Provide Help-desk support and training for end and remote users.
Maintenance of LAN , switches, routers, workstation cabling and domain controller, File & print server administration
Video conference equipment and VoIP maintenance.
Support on Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange / Outlook, MS SharePoint, and IT infrastructure library
Support on regional and cooperate IT Projects
Provide application support for West-approved software.
Provide support for the validated MES system.
Create/ Maintain SOIs, SOPs, GxP relevant controlled documents.
Part of the team to provide 24 X 7 support whenever required by the business, which may include weekends and holidays
Good communication and team work spirit
Fluent oral and written English
Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Technology or Information Technology related is a must.
Related IT certificate; ITIL, MCSE or CCNP is preferred;
Minimum 3 years related working experience in multinational company
Working experience in IT infrastructure management and MIS system maintenance.
Working experience in Microsoft Technology, CISCO products, Wintel servers, ITIL systems, SAP and MES will be an advantage.
