职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead supplier negotiations and secure compliance to Sourcing agreements.
Secure capacity and forecasting process.
Manage supplier performance and relationship.
Continuously develop and improve the international sourcing strategy and focus on implementation of the supply chain.
Gathering and analyzing spend, supplier data and analyzing future supply trends are important tasks.
Secure preconditions for (execute and manage) test/spot orders.
Execute and support materials cost budgeting and follow up. Close contact with relevant stakeholders.
Data management in relevant system (SAP, IDM etc.) and support non-conformity process management.
Global sourcing responsible for several product groups with a focus on Hydraulics.

Qualifications:
Degree in electronic engineering.
Several years experience in international sourcing (strongly preferred on a strategic level) in an international (matrix organized) industrial manufacturing/engineering organization.
Ability to think and act on a strategic level. Have strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with good negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain the strategic overview while at the same time supporting the operational process.
Hydraulic knowledge is beneficial
Excellent communicator with team working skills, target and result oriented.
Fluent in both written and oral business English.
Contract knowledge with basic legal background is preferred.
Being part of a multinational company with a multiple matrix structure it is important to be able to operate as an independent specialist and realize at the same time how and where to address and align issues that will affect other parts of the organization.
