协助工程总监、经理工作
工程前期准备工作（材料申请及追踪；协助人员安排并及时报告主管）与各部门、相关单位协调；检查审核员工出勤，工程管理、报告处理、相关工地日报记录报告，项目资料整理及归档。
日常文件复印、打印图纸、扫描、传真等文件处理工作；
协助公司员工的招聘工作，相关入职、离职手续的办理，负责日常考勤统计工作，
相关行政人事外勤，及外联工作；
日常部门上级交待的其他工作任务。
职位要求：
三年以上工作经验 、优异的沟通技能
良好的中英文书写、口语表达能力，英文水平须达到六级以上；具有一定的工程翻译能力。
有相关工程经历或客户沟通的工作经验
强烈的责任感,工作的主动性强, 工作努力 、具有高度的责任感和吃苦耐劳的敬业精神。
精通初步的室内建筑精装饰及工程管理、熟练运用电脑 、懂CAD制图、打印；
气质佳，有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，遵守职业道德，勤奋，有团队合作精神；
