职位描述
对工程提出前期设计意见建议，现场监督、工程管理等问题。
编制月、周工作计划并监督带领实施。
工程施工阶段作为总负责人；负责与相关方进行有效的沟通和协调；
对项目的施工进度和工程质量负责；
负责工程项目的人员管理和考核；
负责工程绘图及协调专卖店的建筑工作
按规律汇报工程进度及严重的潜在问题、确保施工过程依据要求准确进行
有较强的成本把控能力，精通工艺、工作流程，有极强的施工现场管理、统筹和协调能力，具有丰富现场管理经验。
职位要求：
建筑类相关专业毕业、大学专科及以上学历；建筑相关专业；二级建造师资格、中级职称
3到5年以上年以上装饰项目经理施工管理经验,熟悉装饰材料、有大型装饰工程、高级商铺工程施工管理经验者、懂强弱电者优先
熟悉施工规程；思路清晰、具备较强的工程管理和技术分析处理能力；具有现场施工经验；
良好的中英文书写、口语表达能力，英文水平须达到六级以上；具有一定的工程翻译能力。
具有较强的团队精神和创新精神；具备熟练的现场处理、协调、沟通能力及技巧。
良好的职业道德、高度的责任心和较强的团队意识、具有高度的责任感和吃苦耐劳的敬业精神。
身体健康、协调能力强、能承受一定的工作压力，精通室内建筑精装饰的施工技术及全面管理。
