职位描述：
1、熟悉国家有关的设计、施工规范、规程和要求；可独立处理机电方案；
2、熟悉高低压电、给排水及空调等机电专业方面设计；懂强弱电、机电施工图纸及给排水、空调专业图纸的设计及审核；
3、按工程进度要求跟进项目现场管理及协调，对工程施工进行监督，确保工程按审核过的图纸、技术指标及政府部门的要求进行；并对工程施工进行监督；现场机电工程施工质量检查和技术指导工作；
4、参加机电工程招标技术招投标工作；
5、监督承包方的施工质量，确保系统安全良好运作 6、监督承包方的施工质量，确保系统安全良好运作。
任职要求：
1、全日制院校建筑机电关专业（工业自动化、机电自动化）专科/本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上建筑机电施工或者项目管理工作经验，具有良好的专业技术水平；
3、熟练使用、掌握CAD及其它与建筑设备设计相关设计软件；
4、专业基础知识牢固，熟悉本专业各项规范、规程，熟悉最新技术发展动态；
5、能独立承担机电项目施工，对专业业务知识有较强的钻研精神；
6、了解项目设计过程中各专业的配合流成，能看懂建筑图纸；
7、敬业踏实，认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力。
