职位描述：
此岗位同时招聘全职顾问和项目制顾问（以项目形式加入公司，将是一个工作转型，技术转向管理或者了解企业内部端到端供应链管理的机会）

供应链咨询顾问

岗位职责：
1、分析、精确定义客户商业需求
2、通过定性、定量分析，数据计算等给客户提供解决方案，包括诊断、方案设计、培训、操作指导等
3、负责供应链方面专题研究和解决方案设计。
4、参与并负责项目的具体实施，控制项目实施进度，确保项目完成的质量，将客户满意最大化；
5、结合项目管理、分析技巧、沟通能力提高对客户的服务效果
维持良好的客户关系、挖掘潜在业务

任职要求：
1、2年以上供应链咨询经验或者制造型企业工作经验；
2、熟悉供应链流程管理，包括：供应链计划、库存控制、生产计划、供应商考核与评估、供应链绩效评价、集中采购等一项或多项工作内容；
3、具有积极主动的团队合作精神；
4、杰出的分析、解决问题的能力
5、良好的客户沟通能力
6、本科以上学历
7、供应链、工业工程研究生、MBA优先
8、具有物流、供应链专业背景者优先；

Supply Chain Consultant

Job Description:
Participation in different projects, where you will take part in all project phases from analysis, design, planning, implementation, to closing projects in the supply chain area.
Deliver quality project on schedule, optimize resource and maximize customer satisfaction.
Research on supply chain best practices, case studies, literature, etc.
Prepare training materials to support education.
Your access to the job is through your professional knowledge but your results greatly depend on your communication skills, your ability to use own competences, and your ability to share knowledge and experiences with your colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Assist project manager to frame business challenges, clearly define customer requirements, propose solutions and present well-structured recommendations to the client
Join a project team to realize supply chain transformation project, by diagnosis AS IS state and design and implementation of solutions.
Use project management skills, communication skills and analytical skills to improve performance and thus lead to high customer satisfaction.
Maintain good relations with the client.
Present project results, proposals at the strategic level to the top management team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor and above.
Degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, operation management or MBA.
2 years working experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or consulting.
Experience in supply chain consulting, supply chain transformation, supply chain planning, sales forecasting or procurement.
Experience in fast moving consumer goods industry is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good leadership skills.
Well communication skills with top management team.
Self-motivated.
