Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop business for IMEC technology in healthcare and life science domain and achieve the financial goals and targets set for the position.
2) Build up, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts resulting in signed contracts for joint development or partnership and improve customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers’ needs and requirements.
3) Investigate market and select target customers based on imec’s R&D activities and business models and establish contact, create opportunity and close the contract in reasonable amount of time.
4) Marketing activities such as to organize and participate relevant conference, forum and other events.
5) Willing to take 15-35% domestic and International travel (Travel to Europe HQ 3~4 times per year , as well as some domestic travel to visit Chinese companies)
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above from top universities, preferably major in Biomedical Engineering or Biology
3-10 years work experience in life science domain in multi-national company with some sales or marketing experience
Good personality, high EQ, like to deal with people and is good at it
Excellent English communication ( verbal and written ) and interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment.
Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Good analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
