Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all T&E (Travel Expense Claims) reviews;
? Manage administrative aspects of the branch office, incl. office expending, office lease renewal, branch car insurance & maintenance, etc.;
? In charge of office facilities maintenance, incl. maintenance plan, vendor coordination for on-site facility fix, etc.;
? Responsible for all local logistics for foreign visitors;
? Responsible for some branch SOPM update, which is covered by GS&CRE Dept.;
? Service provider (such as courier, outside storage, etc.) database info update to ensure no open issue left in the database;
? Taking the role as local coordinator for office insurance;
? In charge of local vendors relationship management, incl. travel agency, stationery supplier, printing company, and gift manufacturer, etc.;
? To be the key contact with building management as well as security company for any emergency;
? Responsible for branch business license annual check and renewals of other related certificate or documents;
? Support other assigned branch activities.
Key Requirements:
? BA degree;
? 3 years or more relevant experience in multinational company;
? Self-motivation, enthusiasm, positive attitude and teamwork sprits;
? Good command of Chinese and English both oral and written;
? Good sense of responsibility and have potential to develop;
? Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
