Principle Responsibilities:

· To execute market research and to figure out customer, competitor and industry dynamics in the regional/global market.

· To work with the team for strategy and operational target development in an interactive manner.

· To develop relationships with target customers, distributors and service providers in order to implement sales strategy and operational target.

· To proactively provide an effort to sustain customers’ relationship and to generate business improvement measures.

Job Requirements：

· Bachelor degree, chemical science and/or engineering back ground preferable.

· At least 3years working experience in internationally reputable chemical producers or trading houses for chemicals business. Marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.

· Good understanding of international trade practices.

· Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English.

· Ability to work independently as well as a team.

· Problem solving in logical and accurate manners with high level ethics.

职位要求
-本科以上学历，化学或工程类专业优先；

-3年以上国际知名化工生产商或者化工类贸易商的从业经验。有市场调研知识及经验优先。

-丰富的国际贸易知识

-良好的中英文沟通能力与谈判技巧

-能独立开展工作，并且有良好的团队合作精神

-能理性正确处理各类问题，并具备高度的职业操守。
