Responsibilities
? Assist consultants in assignment planning, execution and management;
? Prepare target search lists and make warm calls to identify candidates;
? Help consultants prepare candidate reports and search reports;
? Make warm calls when necessary;
? Help office database improvement and management;
? Conduct market research and analysis;
? Attend exhibitions and other events/activities for information collection;
? Cooperate with staff in other teams for some search assignments;
? Help to develop and maintain good relationship with clients.
Requirements
? College diploma and above;
? Initiative, analytical, responsible, persistent and career-oriented;
? A quick learner and a good team player;
? Willing to work under high pressure;
? Good interpersonal and communication skills;
? Good oral and written Chinese and English.
