POSITION : SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR

职位：销售市场总监

Based in Shanghai

A recently set-up organization with the sole license for Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau to market, supply and install products and system imported from the US for commercial use.一个新成立的公司，面向中国大陆，香港和澳门销售美国进口的商用设备。

The Responsibilities

职责

The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for the marketing and sales teams and will drive the plan to grow our brand, product and market share.销售市场总监的主要职责是管理市场和销售团队，推动提升我们的品牌，产品和市场份额。

The Result

工作范围：

1. Analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities.分析、计划和执行市场销售活动

2. To monitor the business markets and response from the market on the products.了解市场和销 产品的反馈信息

3. To work on meeting the company’s desired target in achieving investors Return of Investment and subsequently

profits of the company完成公司预期销售指标

4. To improve strategies as the business requires to reach target markets能够根据业务要求改进销售策略以期达到销售目标

The Requirement

要求

1. Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing 市场营销本科级以上毕业

2. At least 5 years Sales & Marketing in a managerial role in China至少5年以上市场销售管理经验

3. Worked directly or indirectly within the hospitality industry involving in cleaning equipment and products直接或间接从事过净化设备及相关产品的销售

4. Dealt with import of goods 了解货物进口程序并处理相关事宜

5. Have immense interest in being closely involved in the business planning with the rest of the team.有兴趣与其他团队合作

6. A natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities.

7. Able to make things happen without huge resources.

8. Able to perform and commit rather than to just follow a hierarchy and strict working guidelines.

9. Excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English and Chinese优秀的沟通技巧，中英文说、写能力强

10.Good Presentation skills 有足够的做提案的能力和经验
