Job Description



1, Collect and check the file reimbursement documents
2, Record cash/bank related transactions, including cash-in posting and AR clearance, etc. ;
3, Arrange AP cash payment in bank
4, Monthly cash and bank reconciliation sheet
5, Issue VAT invoices to customer/ register VAT invoices with Tax bureau;
6, Prepare company monthly tax report and other government report package.
7, Contact with currency bureau about all exporting funds issues
8, Contact with Tax bureau about all exporting tax issues
9, Assist external/ internal audits and other management requirements



Skill

1, A recognized university degree and major in accounting & finance
2, More than 3 years relative experience in finance & accounting;
3, Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
4, Related working experience in foreign invested company, familiar with import/export requirements or worked with a logistics company before would be added advantage
5,Initiative, self- motivating, working under pressure, team player

The main function of our Shanghai offices is to act as a central contact point for GETRAG Corporate Group, in Asia-Pacific. GAP will lead and coordinate engineering and sales activities for GETRAG Corporate Group throughout Asia.
