特殊风险部 业务助理

职位描述：

1、收集市场资料，筛选和分析目标客户，并制定工作计划；

2、积极开拓市场客户，实时把握客户需求，每周提交工作报告；

3、分析和判断各风险因素，制定风险方案，并与各大保险公司洽谈承保条件；

4、保持与客户良好、紧密的沟通，并提供保单执行的日常维护服务；

岗位要求：

1、良好的道德品质，自信、自律、工作务实；

2、大专及以上学历，一年以上工作经验；

3、良好的沟通能力，并能承受一定的工作压力；

4、熟练使用办公软件，英文熟练；

5、有电话销售、市场拓展经验者优先考虑；
